carbohydrates so if you exercise at a normal time of day your
body will have a great deal of carbohydrates to burn off. When
attempting to lose 10 pounds, however, you really want to burn
fat. By exercising in the morning on an empty stomach, you burn
energy at a time when the carbohydrate levels in your body are
at their lowest, thus you will burn more fat with the identical
amount of exercise. Studies have been performed that suggest
that in excess of 250% more fat is burned when you exercise
your body in this state.
There is no immediate,

In the long run, losing weight necessitates intelligent dietary
