have made the decision to lose weight. This is a choice that
all of us make at some time in our lives and losing weight is

and biking is environmentally friendly. It would be difficult
to dispute that bicycle riding is one of the best ways you can
exercise.

it up, try to ride your bike back and forth to work everyday
if you want to lose 10 pounds in a short time without interfering
with your personal agenda. If this idea is impossible because
your job is too far away and it requires you to use another
form of transportation, think about riding your bicycle to do
chores before or after work hours. Also, remember from your
childhood that biking is a great recreational activity and riding
that bike on your days off will help you to lose 10 pounds more
quickly, too.
